Respiratory Illness Resource Center
Respiratory viruses include influenza (Flu), Covid-19, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
The Centers for Disease Control and Preventions says that people with Respiratory Viruses (including Flu, Covid-19, RSV) have reported a wide range of symptoms – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to a virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms.
Immunizations, proper hygiene, testing and common sense measures (physical distancing and improving air flow) are effective in preventing or reducing illness. You can help stop the spread of illness in your home, schools and our community by utilizing these practices.
