Included on the two graphics is the information on Saturday's round 2 playoff game. Please share this information with others.
Additional information to note:
1. Please do not enter the stadium before noon, that is when the gates open.
2. We will not take cash, please make sure older family/community members are aware of this.
3. We only have two credit/debit card machines. They will be at the gate near the scoreboard and the gate behind the school. The gate near the park is pre-pay only. Please do not come to this gate unless you have ALREADY purchased your tickets on the GoFan app or you have a WVSSAC pass. Please keep this in mind as you are parking.
4. Please pass on the live stream information to out of town fans. David Hall Chiropractic and CAS Cable have paid the fees for us to be able to make this stream available. It is a produced live stream that includes our radio announcers. It is not free but it is a good product for those that cannot make it to the game. The money paid to watch helps our team with the yearly cost of Hudl.
Lastly, lets PACK the stands on Saturday! Go Jackets!

Last week, our middle school teachers nominated Ben Hescht, (6th) Brieah Hansen, (7th) and Sydney Walk (8th) for the coveted weekly DASH Award! Congratulations to these hardworking Yellow Jackets! stay tuned for this week's winners!

This week in Sports:
Tonight our Lady Jacket Volleyball team will compete for a state title. They will take on Ritchie County around 3:00. It is a rolling schedule so we cannot give an exact time. Students attending the game can be excused from school with a parent note or ticket. Tickets for volleyball must be purchased in the box office at the Charleston Convention Center. Please come out and support these ladies in their battle against the Rebels.
Saturday our boys will take on Doddridge County in the first round of football playoffs. Kickoff is at 1:30. As a reminder, we will not be accepting cash at any gate for playoff games. Please spread the word on this. You may pre-buy your tickets on the GoFan app or you may use a credit/debit card or Apple Pay at the main gate and the gate off of 7th street. The gate near the park will be pre-sale only. The only passes accepted are WVSSAC passes which will require an electronic sign in. Students do NOT get in free to post season events.
Overflow parking will be available at the city park and at the old elementary school.
Due to an abundant amount of trash everywhere, the practice field will not be open during playoff games, children will need to sit in the stands.
Thank you to WVU Medicine, this game will be live streamed for our out of town fans. https://tinyurl.com/WHSJACKETSLIVE

Live stream information for Saturday's payoff game. Thank you to WVU Medicine Camden Clark for paying the fee to allow us to broadcast this game. Please share with your out of town family members and WHS Alumni. This is a produced stream which includes our radio team. It is not free. The money you pay to watch here supports our team and helps offset the cost of Hudl.

For the volleyball state tournament on Wed, Nov 08
We aren't able to get a fan bus, but if your child goes and attends the game, please write them a parent note and turn in the next day, letting us know they were in attendance so it can be excused.
Also, tomorrow morning is our Veteran's Day Assembly, and we want to be sure to honor our veterans. There is plenty of time to attend the ceremony, and then go to the volleyball tournament. We want to be sure to be respectful and thankful to all of our veterans who have served for us!

This 9 weeks, the middle school staff started the DASH Award, a weekly award that recognizes three middle school students who had an outstanding week. This week middle school teachers nominated Ziggy Smith -6th grade, Ledger Corwin - 7th grade, and Emma Copley - 8th grade.
Congratulations to these hardworking Yellow Jackets!
